How does villa grocery delivery work in Los Cabos?
Add products to your cart, choose your delivery area (San José del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas), then enter your villa, date and time and send the order. Your email app opens with the full summary addressed to our team, and we reply with a secure Stripe payment link. Pay a 30% deposit online with the rest in cash on delivery, or pay 100% online.
Can you stock my villa before I arrive?
Yes, that is what most guests ask for. Tell us the villa and your arrival time and we coordinate access with your property manager or concierge, so the fridge, freezer and pantry are already full when you walk in. You don't need to be there for the delivery.
Do you put the groceries away?
Yes. Our team puts everything away: cold and frozen items go straight into the fridge and freezer, and dry goods into the pantry. Nothing is left in bags at the door.
How much does grocery delivery cost in Cabo?
Delivery is a fixed fee that depends on your order size and zone. Orders up to $300 pay $45 in San José del Cabo or $60 in Cabo San Lucas; the fee rises with the order, up to $250 for orders over $1,500. How far in advance should I place my grocery order?
We recommend ordering at least 24 to 48 hours before your desired delivery date, so your villa is fully stocked the moment you arrive.
Do you deliver every day, including weekends?
Yes, we deliver seven days a week. Choose the date and time you want in your order and we confirm it with you.
Can I order beer, tequila and alcohol for delivery in Cabo?
Yes. The catalog carries 24- and 12-packs of Corona, Pacífico, Modelo and other beers; tequila such as Casamigos, Don Julio, Patrón and Clase Azul; mezcal, vodka, rum, gin and whisky; Valle de Guadalupe and Napa wines; and champagne, all delivered with your groceries.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We message you on WhatsApp before swapping anything, so you decide whether to take another brand or skip it. We never substitute without asking.
Can I order something that is not in the catalog?
Yes. Open Special Requests at the end of the catalog and describe the brand, dietary need or quantity you want, for example a specific size of shrimp or a sugar-free milk. We quote it for you before you pay.
Are the eggs local?
The organic eggs in our catalog come from Orchard Los Cabos, our own farm, so they travel a few kilometers to your fridge instead of across the country.
What grocery stores are in Cabo, and is it worth going yourself?
Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo have large supermarkets and warehouse clubs, including Costco, Walmart, Chedraui and La Comer. They are well stocked, but on arrival day going yourself means a car, parking, checkout lines, labels in Spanish and carrying cases of water, beer and ice into the villa. Ordering online lets you skip all of that and start your vacation at the pool instead.
How do I pay, and is tax included?
After you send your order we email you a secure Stripe payment link. Choose a 30% deposit online with the remaining 70% in cash on delivery, or pay 100% online. A 8.9% tax applies only to the amount paid online; the cash paid on delivery is tax-free. Prices are in US dollars.
